Jo Barton

Jo Barton, PhD, is currently a Principal Consultant for Public Services at PA Consulting, where they have transitioned from previous roles including Management Consultant and Senior Consultant. Jo began their career as a Research Officer at Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services and later held a similar position at the UK Home Office, focusing on crime and disorder initiatives. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Forensic Psychology, alongside a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a PGDip in Research Methodology and Quantitative Methods, all from the University of Portsmouth.
