Joe Heapy is a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting since January 2024, bringing extensive experience from Engine Service Design, where Joe served as Service Design Director and Managing Partner from April 2000 to January 2024. Joe's academic contributions include roles as Visiting Professor of Service Design at the Royal College of Art and Honorary Professor of Design at Glasgow School of Art from 2011 to 2023. Additionally, Joe co-produced participatory design projects for the Design Council's Dott07 initiative in 2006-2007.
