Jonathan Morgan is a Principal Consultant in Complex Systems at PA Consulting since February 2022, specializing in applying Systems Engineering techniques to address business challenges. Prior to this role, Jonathan accumulated extensive experience at Rolls-Royce from September 1995 to February 2022, holding multiple senior engineering and management positions, including Chief Services Engineer for the Trent 500, 800, 900 & RB211 engines and Chief Lifecycle Engineer for the Trent series. Jonathan's leadership included overseeing key engineering teams for next-generation civil gas turbine technologies and managing significant UK aerospace research and technology initiatives. Jonathan holds a DPhil in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford and a BEng in Aeronautics & Astronautics from the University of Southampton.
