Liam Deighton

Liam Deighton is an Economist at PA Consulting, where they focus on strategy and economics in the energy and utilities sectors. They have previously served as a Senior Associate (Economist) at Ofwat and were a member of the UK Regulators’ Network. Liam holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with First Class Honours from The University of Sheffield and an MSc in Specialised Economic Analysis from the Barcelona School of Economics. Their career began with two roles at PA Consulting, first as a Consultant Analyst and now as a Consultant.
