Gilad Dekel

Gilad Dekel, PhD, has extensive experience in various roles, including current volunteer work at PAAMONIM, assisting individuals facing financial difficulties since March 2016. Since January 2013, Gilad has been self-employed as a mediator and writer, with a published children's book under Keter Books. From July 2015 to July 2016, Gilad provided business consulting services for small businesses, emphasizing the challenges these enterprises face. Prior roles include serving as CEO of a plant from July 2014 to July 2015, employing over 80 disabled individuals to facilitate their integration into community life, and working as a marketing manager at AVT from October 2010 to December 2012. Additionally, Gilad held the position of senior project manager at Israel Aerospace Industry (IAI) from February 2002 to December 2009, where responsibilities included demonstrating sophisticated hi-tech products globally. Academically, Gilad holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University, an MBA in Marketing from Ben Gurion University, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology and History from Tel Aviv University.
