Patrick McMullen is currently the Chief Talent Officer at PAAS, a SaaS based technology company specializing in indirect technology spend analytics. Prior to their current role, McMullen served as the President of DataStaff Advisors, a data-driven Human Capital spend analytics company, for 2 years and 6 months. Patrick has also held the position of Director of Operations at Invari, the industry leader in telecom analytics, and Founding Partner at CompuGroup Technologies LLC., where they worked for over 12 years.

McMullen has extensive experience in the area of data analytics and has a proven track record of helping companies save money on their contingency spending. Patrick is a data-driven leader who is passionate about connecting people and data to meet a variety of needs.
