Stephen Milton

Stephen Milton is currently serving as the Executive Head Chef and Operations Manager at Pabulum, overseeing a secondary school in southeast London. With extensive experience that includes a role as Food Ambassador and Development Chef for ISS Facility Services in Lambeth, Stephen has dedicated five years to food development, staff training, and promoting healthy eating initiatives. Prior to this, they held the position of Head Chef at BMI Healthcare for 12 years, where they managed multiple kitchens and a large team, ensuring high-quality culinary services and compliance with health standards. Stephen also participated in the BBC program "The Restaurant," where they showcased culinary talents alongside their partner, achieving a commendable third place.
