Ryan Jones

Ryan Jones, PHR has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ryan currently holds the position of Sr. Global HR Director at PAC Worldwide, where they have been working since November 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Regional Human Resources Director - US from November 2017 to November 2021 and as a Senior Human Resources Manager from June 2015 to November 2017 at the same company.

Before joining PAC Worldwide, Ryan worked at Valeo from 2011 to 2015. During their tenure at Valeo, they held the position of Site HR Manager, where they managed the day-to-day operations and team members of the Human Resources Department. Their responsibilities included handling employee relations, conducting training, coordinating performance appraisal processes, managing benefits, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and assisting in recruitment.

Prior to Valeo, Ryan worked at Miami Systems Corporation from 2005 to 2011. Ryan served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where they assisted managers in decision-making processes, administered payroll, handled benefits administration, and contributed to recruitment efforts.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated a diverse range of HR skills and expertise, including HR management, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and training.

Ryan Jones, PHR obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Sport Management from Ohio University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. In 2011, they also obtained a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
