Aaron Hai

Aaron Hai is currently the Chief of Staff at Pacagen, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Barclays and have held various positions, including Analyst and Summer Analyst at the same firm. Aaron's experience also includes serving as an Undergraduate Outreach Coordinator for the Harvard China Fund, where they significantly increased social media engagement. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University and have actively participated in numerous outreach and educational initiatives throughout their academic career.
