Phoebe Chen

Phoebe Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in owner experience management and event planning. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Owner Experience at Pacaso since January 2022, Phoebe excels at enhancing owner experiences through effective onboarding and long-term engagement strategies. Previous roles at Pacaso include Sr. Account Manager and Account Manager, where critical support was provided to new owners in their transition to second home ownership. As the Owner and lead planner at B’burg Events, Phoebe successfully orchestrated over 100 luxury weddings, receiving multiple accolades from The Knot. Additional experience includes positions in finance and human resources at Folksbier Brauerei, Namely, and CAMBA, where Phoebe developed a diverse skill set in administration, recruitment, and benefits management.
