Rob Evans is an experienced professional in revenue operations and sales management with a strong background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Revenue Operations at Pacaso since June 2025, Rob previously held the same title at Rockbot, where significant improvements in operations were achieved through a successful CRM transition to Salesforce. With a proven track record at Betts Recruiting, Rob optimized the revenue operations tech stack, substantially reducing lead response times, and scaled I V Y Labs from inception to over $1M in ARR. Experience also includes significant roles at Rocha Art, Apple, and HP, where Rob demonstrated expertise in sales enablement, business analysis, and operational leadership.
