Cathy Springer

Cathy Springer is an experienced professional currently serving as the Reverse Logistics Center Manager and previously as the International Customer Service Manager at PACCAR since April 2011. With a strong background in customer service, Cathy has held various roles within PACCAR and Dynacraft, including Product Lifecycle Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, and Materials Project Coordinator. Responsibilities have included leading customer service representatives, managing product lifecycles, and acting as a liaison between production facilities and customer service operations. Cathy's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Seattle University.
