Chris Mattoon

Chris Mattoon, CISA, CRISC, currently serves as the Director of Global IT Internal Controls at PACCAR since April 2016. Prior experience includes a role as an IT Internal Controls Consultant at Premera Blue Cross from February 2007 to April 2016, where responsibilities involved developing and maintaining an internal controls and risk management program for IT. Additionally, Chris worked at KPMG, LLP from June 2004 to February 2007 as a Senior Associate in IT Advisory Services, providing IT audit and consulting services. Earlier experience includes serving as a Supervisor/Lead Business & Systems Analyst at Regence BlueShield from August 1990 to August 2003, focusing on claims processing and system implementations. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Lewis-Clark State College and completed further education at the University of Michigan in 2006.
