Javier Arango

Javier Arango is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in parts management and engineering across notable companies in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Panama PDC Manager and previously District Parts Manager at PACCAR, Javier oversees commercial operations for Paccar Parts in multiple territories, driving sales performance and customer relations. Prior to PACCAR, Javier held the position of Gerente Nacional de Repuestos at Cinascar de Colombia, achieving significant sales growth and operational improvements. With a robust engineering background from General Motors, including roles as Engineering Group Manager and Validation Engineer, Javier has contributed to various product validation processes and technical support functions. Javier holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de América and an MBA from INALDE Business School, along with ongoing graduate studies in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
