Mark Shoaf

Mark Shoaf is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in electronics architecture and embedded control systems. Currently serving as a Supervisor for Electronics Architecture at PACCAR, Mark has previously held roles as a Senior System Engineer at First Mode, where responsibilities included developing control strategies for various hardware and translating those into specifications for electric vehicle systems. Mark's background also includes serving as a Systems Engineer at Philips, where leadership and quality assurance in the launch of the Sonicare Power Flosser product line were key responsibilities. Earlier roles at PACCAR included positions as an Embedded Controls Engineer, Vehicle Integration Engineer, and Mechanical Design Engineer, showcasing a strong foundation in both mechanical and electronic engineering. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.
