Stephanie Johnson, PhD, is a seasoned professional in instructional design and continuous improvement, currently serving as a Master Black Belt, Continuous Improvement Instructional Designer, and National Dealer Training Manager at PACCAR since January 2015. With a robust background in developing national dealer training programs for PACCAR Parts, Stephanie has also held key roles such as Curriculum Manager/Instructional Consultant for the State of Washington and Global Manufacturing Instructional Designer at SABIC Innovative Plastics. Prior experience includes positions at General Dynamics Land Systems and as an adjunct faculty member at Wayne State University.
