Tom Wiedmann has extensive experience in engineering and product development, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Assistant Chief Engineer for Global Engines at PACCAR since February 2005, Tom has also held various managerial roles within the company, including Manager of Engine & Aftertreatment Product Development and Manager of Powertrain Systems. Prior to PACCAR, Tom was Manager of Embedded Software Engineering at Dinan Engineering and Vice President of Research and Development at Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide. Tom's earlier roles include Vehicle Platform Director and Director of Vehicle Engineering and Powertrain Controls at Impco Technologies, as well as Systems and Software Engineer at AirSensors, Inc. Tom's diverse background demonstrates a strong expertise in engineering and innovation across multiple automotive technologies.
