Built from the ground up in Odessa, Texas—PACE was built to take on the toughest jobs.

In 2017, we started with just one truck, one trailer, and a relentless drive to raise the standard in the oil and gas industry. Today, PACE is one of the fastest-growing service companies in Texas—trusted by the region’s top operators for heavy haul, crane operations, valve services, and field construction services.

We didn’t get here by playing it safe. We got here by solving the jobs others wouldn’t touch, showing up when others wouldn’t, and delivering on every promise—every time. Because at PACE, Positive Attitude Changes Everything.

From 70-ton to 850-ton cranes, from hotshot loads to oversize super-heavy hauls, from VR-certified valve services to boots-on-the-ground construction—we don’t just offer services, we offer certainty.

Our team is built on grit, trust, and purpose—and our reputation is built on results. Backed by ISNetworld A-ratings, award recognition, and a growing fleet of high-performance equipment, we’re pushing boundaries and expanding fast.

PACE was founded by Andrew Mattingly, a former Division I athlete who brought his competitive mindset from the football field to the oilfield. His hands-on leadership, unwavering work ethic, and unwavering belief in doing things the right way built the foundation for what PACE is today.

But no matter how big we get, our mindset stays the same:
Move with purpose.
Lead with trust.
Operate with grit.

Because we’re not just built to serve—we’re built for what’s next.
