Derek Lechner is a Senior HRIS Specialist at Pace Analytical, with previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Employment Coordinator at IRET. Prior to that, Derek worked as a Certified Optician at InVision Optical and Lenscrafters. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
