Eli Narveson is an accomplished research chemist and biochemist with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies, particularly at Pace® Analytical Services and its contract work at the 3M Maplewood campus. With a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota Duluth, Eli has contributed to patent development, improved analytical methods, and conducted innovative research in liquid-liquid isotope separation. Skills include the operation of advanced analytical instruments such as ICP-MS and LC/HPLC, as well as the preparation and evaluation of protocols for assays and protein purification. Previous roles also encompass medical device reporting, process improvement in metal finish operations, and management experience in food service and retail environments, demonstrating Eli's versatility and ability to adapt to diverse scientific and operational challenges.
