Jon McCarthy has over 25 years of experience in financial analysis and consultancy, beginning a career at Wings Financial Credit Union as a Registered Sales Assistant and Accountant from 1994 to 2002. From 2002 to 2005, Jon served as a Financial Consultant at AXA Advisors, LLC. Following that, a position as a Financial Analyst at Pearson lasted from 2006 to 2017, during which Jon was involved in significant projects, including tracking a $46 million initiative. From 2017 to 2020, Jon worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at CWT, focusing on high-value global clients. Currently, since January 2022, Jon is a Senior Financial Analyst at Pace® Analytical Services, contributing to the development of budgets, forecasting, and performance communication with business leaders. Jon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
