Jonathan Baum

Jonathan Baum currently serves as a Project Manager at Pace® Analytical Services since August 2023. Throughout a diverse career, Jonathan has held multiple positions including Head DJ and Chief Operations Officer at Initiative Media Group since September 2015, and Founder and CEO at Suspect Media, established in September 2012. Jonathan's expertise includes audio engineering, live sound, mixing and mastering, and sound design for visual media. Previous experience encompasses roles such as Team Lead at Sam's Club, Line Cook and Chef at Surly Brewing Co. and Red Cow, and Production Assistant at the Infrasound Music Festival. Jonathan holds an Associate’s Degree in Audio Production and Engineering from the Institute of Production and Recording, a Language Diploma in Chinese Mandarin from Soochow University, and a European Baccalaureate from the European School of Karlsruhe.
