Jonathan Slater, CCPSC, is an accomplished Process Safety Specialist at 3M with extensive experience in process safety management and hazard analysis. Since October 2017, Jonathan has led initiatives to enhance 3M’s Global Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Process Safety Information (PSI) programs, including significant updates and the development of software solutions for risk assessments. Prior roles include Senior Process Safety Engineer and Advanced Safety Engineer, where Jonathan managed PHA training and contributed to the implementation of safety protocols across multiple sites. Jonathan has also served as an EHS Specialist with Pace Analytical, alongside previous engineering co-op positions at Valero Energy Corporation. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
