Mike Austin

Mike Austin has extensive experience in operations and client services, currently serving as Operations Manager and Client Services Coordinator at Pace® Analytical Services since January 2022. Previously, Mike held the position of Client Services Coordinator at PDC Laboratories, Inc. from May 2019, and had a long tenure at Teklab, Inc. from October 1994 to May 2019, where roles included Director of Customer Service and Director of Operations. Prior to Teklab, Mike served as Director of Operations at Environmetrics, Inc. from October 1989 to October 1994 and began a career in laboratory analysis as a Lab Analyst at Teklab, Inc. from May 1982 to October 1989. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Ecology with a minor in Chemistry from SIU Edwardsville and an Associate of Science from Belleville Area College.
