Brian Pace

Brian Pace is the President of Pace Development Group, Inc., where Brian manages construction operations, business development, and client services. Brian also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Builders Mutual Insurance Company, Job-Site Safety Institute, and North Carolina Homebuilders Association. Additionally, Brian is the Managing Director of Gailyn Properties, which owns and operates rental apartment properties in Charlotte, NC. With a degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, Brian has extensive experience in the construction industry, including past roles as President of the Home Builders Association of Charlotte and Project Engineer, Estimator, and Purchasing Agent at Centex.
