Daytona McLean

Daytona Mclean currently serves as the Head of Operations and Executive Support at Pace Development Group since August 2022, following a role as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, Daytona worked at ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand from October 2020 to August 2022 as a Marketing Leader and Executive Assistant to both the Commercial Director and Operations Performance Director. Daytona's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at TSA Group in Australia, where roles ranged from Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer to Office Manager, Receptionist, and Customer Service Representative from December 2007 to June 2020. Additionally, Daytona held the position of Personal Assistant to the Director at Designer Smiles for a brief period in 2015.
