Bert Belanger

Bert Belanger has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bert is currently serving as the Market Director for Oklahoma at PACE Equity, LLC, where they specialize in providing non-recourse, long-term financing for clean energy building components and systems. Prior to this, Bert owned their own brokerage company called Belanger Brokerage LLC since 2006. Bert also worked as the Director and General Counsel at ADEPT Commercial Real Estate from 2018 to 2021. Bert's legal expertise is further showcased through their role as an Of Counsel Attorney at Riggs Abney Neal Turpen Orbison & Lewis Law Firm from 2009 to 2019. In addition to their legal career, Bert has also held positions such as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Oklahoma, teaching real estate law and principles, and as a Brokerage Manager at SVN International Corp., overseeing a franchised unit in Oklahoma. Furthermore, Bert founded UrbanWorks, Inc., a boutique brokerage firm that focused on the Oklahoma City marketplace for over a decade before being sold. Prior to these ventures, Bert worked as the EVP Development and President of Equity Group at ERC Properties, where they played a key role in the development of over 2000 multifamily and single-family rental housing units, as well as serving as a registered lobbyist for housing issues.

Bert Belanger obtained their Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law from 1980 to 1983. Prior to that, they completed their BS in Architectural Studies at Oklahoma State University between 1975 and 1979.
