Daniel McKenna

Daniel McKenna has a diverse work experience in the real estate and development sector. Daniel started their career as a Development Project Manager at Countryside Properties in 2000, where they worked until 2004. Following that, they joined KB Home as a Land Project Manager from 2004 to 2005. McKenna then worked as a Real Estate Development Manager at KellyUSA from 2005 to 2007. Daniel then served as the Director of Development at BFC Partners from 2007 to 2010, where they played a key role in the development of Toren, a mixed-use condominium in Brooklyn. Afterward, McKenna worked as a Managing Director at Dalston RE Capital starting from 2010, where they provided real estate services to various clients, including securing a lease for a New York College in Miami and refinancing a multifamily building in South Beach. Daniel'smost recent role is as a Managing Director at PACE Equity, LLC since 2017. In this position, they oversee the company's lending activities for construction projects, rehabs, and renovations.
