Eli Terry

Eli Terry is currently the Managing Director of Real Estate - Balance Sheet Lending at PACE Equity, where they focus on providing low-cost financing for real estate developers and owners, emphasizing low carbon projects. Prior to this role, they served as Managing Director of the Capital Advisory Group at JBA Equities from 2018 to 2023, structuring and delivering commercial real estate transactions across various asset classes. Eli has also held positions including Director of Investment Sales Group at Cobble Hill Enterprises and Director of Marketing at Portman Realty, showcasing a strong background in real estate and capital advisory. They began their career in education as a Science Teacher at PS 28x - Mount Hope Centennial School from 2007 to 2010 and hold a Master's degree in Elementary Education from CUNY Herbert H. Lehman College and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
