Sonya Delley

Sonya Delley has extensive work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Sonya is currently serving as the Michigan Managing Director at PACE Equity, LLC since January 2018. In this role, they oversee the implementation of Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing options and renewable energy measures.

Prior to their current role, Sonya Delley founded Sun Charles, LLC in August 2014, where they served as the Founder until February 2022. Sonya also worked as a Senior Vice President at Invest Detroit from April 2014 to April 2016, and as a First Vice President at Flagstar Bank from June 2011 to April 2014.

Sonya's career began at Bank of America in April 2003, where they held the position of Senior Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Division Head until August 2010.
