Grace Mantella is a versatile and results-driven business transformation and operations consultant with over 10 years of experience in global SAP ERP implementations, business development, and scale-up operations. They currently serve as a Marketing & Communications Manager at The Wine Yard Farnham and as a Programme Assurance Manager at Pace Integration, while also teaching yoga. Grace has previously held positions as Strategy & Operations Lead at Plum Guide and Senior Business Analyst at CMR Surgical. A graduate of Millfield School and HSDC Alton, Grace passionately supports their family's wine shop and bar, engaging in wine buying and event organization.
