Noemi Ray

Noemi Ray’s broad industry experience as an RN, pharmacy manager, and clinical specialist, as well as her hands-on sales and technical support for cardiovascular devices in the field, has prepared her to lead PaceMate™ with diligence and excellence.

Ray is a graduate of Louisiana State University-Alexandria with a bachelor of science degree in registered nursing and a bachelor of arts degree from Northwestern State University.

In her previous cardiac device industry experience with Medtronic and with St. Jude Medical as a cardiovascular rhythm management rep, Ray recognized a need for full-service remote monitoring. Combining her career work with her passion for making a difference, she, along with co-founder Jason Hale, hatched a plan that would become PaceMate™.

Today, Ray serves as pioneering leadership for PaceMate™LIVE, the customized cardio implantable electronic device (CIED) monitoring Software+Service solution produced by PaceMate™. It is her goal to add a unique level of compassion to the brand, setting a standard of equality in the medical workspace and causing it to shine through in the company’s customer service, mission, and core values.
