Melissa Simonian is currently the Vice President of Clinical Services at PACE RI, where they focus on program development and performance improvement within adult neuro-rehabilitation. Previously, they served as the Director of Speech-Language Pathology at Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital from 2003 to 2014, demonstrating extensive expertise in dysphagia, aphasia, and cognitive-linguistic disorders. Prior to that role, Melissa held various positions, including Inpatient Supervisor at the University of Pennsylvania Health System and Manager of Rehabilitation and Nutrition Services at PACE RI. With a strong background in clinical supervision, mentorship, and evidence-based practices, they have also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at several prestigious institutions. Melissa is currently pursuing education at the University of Virginia.
