Mitchell Wice

Mitchell Wice is an Assistant Professor of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, where they are also an Attending Physician and Co-Director of the Surgical Oncology Co-Management Service. Currently, they serve as the Hospice Medical Director at HopeHealth and as the Chief of Geriatrics and Extended Care at the VA Medical Center Providence, RI. With a background in medical education, they were a Voting Member of the Medical Education Committee at Boston University School of Medicine and have received the John McCahan Education Day Award for their contributions to medical research. Mitchell also holds an M.D. from Boston University and a Master’s in Medical Sciences from the same institution, along with a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
