Sukrit Gupta

Sukrit Gupta has extensive work experience in the robotics and manufacturing fields. In 2015, they worked as an intern at Siemens, where they were involved in testing switchboard panels to ensure their quality before dispatch. Sukrit'sresponsibilities included conducting various tests such as BOM, electrical and mechanical operations, primary current injection, PT, HV, mV drop, and megger tests.

In 2020, Sukrit joined PaceRobotics as a Robot Autonomy Lead and Founding Member. Sukrit is responsible for overseeing the development of software and algorithms related to 3D robot vision, localization, path planning, and motion control for a modular wall finishing robot. This robot aims to automate plastering and painting activities in construction projects.

Sukrit Gupta completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017. Sukrit then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Systems and Control from Delft University of Technology from 2017 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Sukrit obtained various certifications. In 2017, they obtained a certification in "Probabilistic Graphical Models 1: Representation" from Coursera. In 2016, they acquired certifications in "Control of Mobile Robots," "Robotics: Aerial Robotics," and "Robotics: Mobility" from Coursera. Sukrit also participated in a Continuing Education Program on "Embedded System Design using 8 Bit Micro-controller," offered by TIFAC-CORE in AUTOMOTIVE INFOTRONICS. Sukrit gained additional training through DataCamp's "Intro to Python for Data Science" course. Furthermore, Sukrit completed a Summer Internship Program in 2014-2015, receiving certificates of training in MATLAB and Quad-Copters from ROBOSAPIENS TECHNOLOGIES Pvt. Ltd.
