Kacie Dougherty

Kacie Dougherty is an experienced professional in early childhood and youth services, currently serving as the Managing Director of Early Childhood Services at Pacekids Programs since February 2022. Prior roles include Manager at Trellis and Manager of Education Initiatives at Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary, where responsibilities included overseeing educational programs aimed at increasing high school completion among youth. Kacie has extensive experience in program coordination, notably for the All In For Youth initiative that focuses on keeping youth engaged in education, and Safehouse Youth Shelter, which provides transitional housing for homeless youth. Previous positions also include Manager of Youth Services and Success Coach, with a strong focus on mental health promotion and community support. Kacie holds a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Calgary, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities from The University of Lethbridge.
