Thomas Batt

Thomas Batt is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Paceline, a unified wellness platform that integrates consumers' fitness and financial lives. Thomas is responsible for incentivizing and rewarding users for their physical, mental, and financial health goals. Previously, they worked at Nomura for nine years, where they held various roles, including Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets and Solutions Asia ex-Japan. In this position, they were responsible for origination, structuring, and execution of equity-related transactions for investment banking clients. Prior to Nomura, Thomas worked at UBS, where they held roles such as Director and Head of Strategic Equity Solutions Southeast Asia, Associate Director in Strategic Equity Solutions, and Analyst in the Global Industrials Group.

Thomas Batt attended the University of Bath from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a MEng degree in Civil and Architectural Engineering.
