Alison Roy

Alison Roy is a highly professional and experienced Business Change Lead with a diverse skill set encompassing stakeholder management, change implementation, and governance. They served as a Senior Project Manager at Sheffield Hallam University, where they focused on delivering key priorities of the University Strategy and led significant changes in the student management system. As Chair of the Board of Directors for Lound Academy Trust, Alison played a critical role in improving educational standards, guiding the trust through successful transitions. Additionally, they hold a Master of Arts in Education from Leeds Beckett University and have been involved as a Trustee for various educational organizations, including the Paces school for children with Cerebral Palsy.
