Jenn Hoffman

Jenn Hoffman currently serves as the Head of Marketing at Paces since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jenn held the position of Senior Manager, B2B Marketing at Esusu from May 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included leading the B2B marketing team in demand generation and crafting unified brand narratives. From November 2019 to June 2022, Jenn worked at Silicon Labs, initially as Senior Marketing Manager, overseeing integrated campaign strategies for various business units, and earlier as Marketing Campaign Manager, developing a global campaign framework. At Towny, from December 2016 to March 2019, Jenn was a key leader in marketing and operations, scaling the company to over 15 markets and launching significant marketing initiatives. Jenn began the career as an Independent Consultant and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Saint Louis University, earned in January 2011.
