Steve Leach

Steve Leach is a seasoned construction manager and business owner with extensive experience in the construction and concrete industries. Currently serving as the Construction Manager at Pacesetter Homes Texas since September 2020, Steve also operates as President and Owner of Kewl Energy, Inc. dba Revolution Concrete, specializing in garage epoxy coatings since October 2011. Prior roles include Construction Manager positions at Lennar, CalAtlantic Homes, and Standard Pacific Homes, contributing to the success of various residential projects from 2013 to 2020. Additionally, Steve has experience as an Auditor/Trainer at Apple Energy Group and held a similar leadership role at TexEx Construction, Inc. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
