With a background in leadership positions at companies such as Advent Software and Black Diamond Performance Reporting, Eric has consistently contributed to enhancing product development, scalability, and compliance in SaaS solutions related to talent management. Eric's career also includes advisory roles in non-profit tech strategy and co-founding consulting services, demonstrating a commitment to leveraging technology for diverse organizational needs.
