Laura Wendel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business planning and human resources. Currently serving as a Business Planning Analyst and People Area Coordinator at Pacesetter since March 2015, Laura has demonstrated expertise in benefits administration, compliance with employment regulations, and HR policy communication. Previously, as an HR Representative at NBIS from July 2013 to March 2015, Laura managed a variety of HR functions including benefits processing, Open Enrollment coordination, training facilitation, and FMLA administration. Laura completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management from Auburn University, graduating in 2012.
