Andi Turner

Andi Turner is an experienced childcare professional and business owner with a focus on mentoring and supporting early years practitioners. Since June 2013, Andi has served as an Early Years Mentor and Blogger for All Early Years, emphasizing the importance of happiness among practitioners for the benefit of children and parents. With a diverse role as a guest blogger for various platforms, including Teach Early Years Magazine and Teachwire, Andi shares insights on childminding and early childhood education. As a PACEY Fellow-Ambassador, Andi promotes best practices within the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years. Additionally, Andi has experience as a lecturer and associate tutor, providing training and assessments in early years education, and has a background in legal work, specializing in clinical negligence and personal injury claims. Andi holds a BA (Hons) in Education Studies and qualifications in early years education from Teesside University and Hartlepool College of Further Education.
