With a career spanning over 30 years, they have served in various leadership roles including President of the Meals and Snacks Operating Units at General Mills, where they managed significant sales volumes and drove brand growth. Michele's expertise encompasses strategic planning, brand innovation, and holistic margin management. They hold an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University. Currently, Michele is also an Operating Partner at NewRoad Capital Partners, advising on consumer packaged goods investments.
