Pacific Collaborative Futures (PCF) is an independent connector, catalyst and convener strengthening Pacific capability, leadership and collaboration across Aotearoa New Zealand and the wider region. We turn evidence, insight and dialogue into action that supports Pacific peoples to shape confident, resilient and prosperous futures.
We work at the intersection of government, private sector, community and regional partners, creating the conditions for Pacific talent, ideas and leadership to thrive. Our approach is relational, evidence‑based and future‑focused, grounded in Pacific values and designed for long‑term impact.
Our work spans three strategic areas:
Pacific Talent, Leadership & Workforce Pathways
We support Pacific scholars, graduates and emerging leaders to build skills, confidence and networks that open doors into high‑value industries and future‑focused careers.

Evidence, Insight & Convening
We produce trusted Pacific‑led insights — including the Perceptions of the Pacific report — and create spaces for cross‑sector dialogue that deepen understanding and strengthen relationships.

Pacific Innovation & Entrepreneurship
We champion Pacific innovation by supporting youth and diaspora entrepreneurs, building capability, and connecting founders to mentors, networks and markets.

Across our work, PCF connects, catalyses, and convenes, amplifying Pacific perspectives and unlocking opportunities for collaboration. Our refreshed identity reflects who we are and the future we are building: strengthening Pacific futures through capability, leadership and partnership.
