Since 1980, we have been designing award-winning shelters that are engineered to be energy efficient, easy to erect and exceptionally durable. As the leading manufacturer of geodesic domes for over 38 years, we are committed to the most efficient and elegant architectural solutions.

We are a family owned and operated ethical enterprise based out of Ashland, Oregon, dedicated to conscientious, energy-efficient living. Our portable domes are used all over the world for personal, corporate, and community purposes. Each dome type can be customized, offering an unlimited potential for creativity.

Event Domes – trade show booths, music festivals, and immersive projection domes
Dwell Domes – personal living, studios, glamping, and eco-tourism resorts
Greenhouse Domes – for a variety of growing opportunities
Playground Domes – climbing structures for childhood development
Emergency Relief Domes – disaster preparedness and crisis relief

In alignment with our sustainable vision, we support people’s efforts to live safely and sustainably. Our domes are available at a fraction of the cost of traditional homes. We promote Buckminster Fuller’s doing more with less principle and are a longtime pioneer of the eco-living revolution.

Efficient and economical, our domes are easy to transport to disaster areas as relief structures. Their tolerance to weather extremes makes them exceptionally durable even in hurricane-force winds and under heavy snow loads. They also make excellent greenhouses for growing food sustainably. They are perfect for large and small scale special events because they are portable and can be erected and dismantled quickly. We offer complete customization in sizes ranging from 16-120’.

Pacific Domes enjoys partnering with people, companies, and organizations all over the world. We especially enjoy working with other ethical enterprises that share our values of integrity and sustainability.
