Jonathan Kwok has worked in various roles across a number of companies. In 2021, they were a Salesforce Developer Consultant at Pacific Point. Prior to that, they were an Executive at Enfinitive Pte Ltd in 2020. In the same year, they were an Associate Client Advisor at NTUC Income. In 2019, they were a Finance Specialist at GREAT EASTERN and a Financial Advisor at AXA. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Restaurant Manager at Triple Harvest Enterprise. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Software Engineer at Infologic Ptd Ltd, where they developed backend programming and installation for information systems on Hong Kong’s public transport and Bangkok Airport, troubleshot and debugged program bugs, and created and modified existing programs using Delphi 6 and C++ to increase effectiveness and accuracy.

Jonathan Kwok attended St Hilda's Primary School, followed by Hai Sing Catholic School. Jonathan then attended Bodwell High School and obtained a Grade 12 degree. Afterwards, they attended the University of Wollongong and obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science in Multimedia and Game Development. Currently, they are enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce.
