Crystal Brown

Crystal Brown is an accomplished project manager with a strong background in facilities management and educational services. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Pacific Program Management since July 2022, Crystal has successfully overseen over 15 mid to high-complexity transition and relocation projects for Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities. Prior experience includes a role as a Facilities Specialist at the District of Columbia Public Schools, where Crystal coordinated construction-related renovations across 15 schools, achieving a 90% customer satisfaction rating. Crystal also contributed significantly to enrollment and school culture metrics as a Student Services Manager at Achievement First Endeavor Elementary School and as the Founding Student Services Manager at Achievement First Voyager Elementary School. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Master of Fine Arts in Fashion Merchandising from the Academy of Art University.
