Pacific Risk Advisors (PRA) is a risk advisory firm specialising in environmental, social and governance (ESG) and sustainability risk management for the global investment and business community.

PRA provides dedicated ESG risk advisory services across the lifespan of an investment and develop solid risk mitigation frameworks. We can provide surety and confidence to stakeholders and investors and identify and manage the opportunities for growth.

At PRA, we create tailored solutions to funds, DFIs and FIs, to maximise sustainable value and successful ESG implementation. Our aim is to enhance the overall performance and value of a company, investment or fund through managing and reducing sustainability related risks relevant to the portfolio at each pre and post transaction stage of the PE investment cycle.

PRA routinely assess investee performance against IFC, ADB and other DFI requirements and guidelines, as a prelude to a listing on an international stock exchange or for future growth in response to sustainability and ESG related pressures.

With our pro-investment orientated approach to identify, manage and mitigate ESG risks that takes the pressure off the fund and portfolio company management, and bridge the gaps between the sustainable, technical and financial issues and reporting.
