Rob Hess is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as Chief Pilot at Pacific Seafood since November 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing flight operations, maintenance, personnel, and schedules. Prior experience includes a position as Corporate Pilot at Lincoln Financial Group from September 2000 to July 2015, and ownership roles at Carolina Flight and Greensboro Aviation from December 2001 to September 2006 and July 1999 to September 2006, respectively, where Rob also served as Chief Flight Instructor. Earlier career roles include Assistant General Manager at Homewood Suites for John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts from April 1997 to April 1999 and at Embassy Suites for Promus Hotels from July 1992 to February 1997.
